Evening hair doesn’t mean over done. Sometimes the simpler the better to complete the outfit. This hairstyle is perfect for bold shoulders or statement tops.
I blew out my hair smooth and hit it with a flat iron. I used hairspray on my fingertips to tame any fly aways and smooth out the front.
I then used 2 Bobby pins in an X pattern to secure my sides. Sometimes the decorative barrettes can be too heavy to hold the hair secure.
I layered those bad boys on top and that’s it!
A polished, sleek look that didn’t get in the way of my cute top!
