Kicking Off the Halloween Season

We LOVE Halloween and can never get enough. Two of my favorite things are up and running in Orange County. Halloween Time at Disneyland and Rogers Gardens “Cabinet of Curiosity”

Rogers Garden

I love hitting up Rogers Garden for decor inspiration. The Halloween store is so over the top and has so many cool ideas. Something I noticed this year was a lot of framed pictures from old horror movies. Such an easy DIY project to up your Halloween game.

I of course have to pick up something every year to add to my collection. I can never have too many skulls and creepy objects.

Halloween time at Disneyland! Need I say more??

Main St is completely decked out including the giant Mickey pumpkin that makes for the perfect photo op.

One of our favorite Halloween movies is Nightmare Before Christmas. The Haunted Mansion completely transforms and it’s so fun to see.

All the characters are in Halloween costumes and walking around the park. The whole set up gets us excited for the spooky season and I mean come on, it’s the happiest place on earth!

Another thing we love to do to get in the Halloween spirit is boo our neighbors. Target is great for inexpensive treats to add to your boo bags. What is booing? We buy little gift bags and fill them up with fun Halloween trinkets like stickers, pencils and candy. The kids run up to the doorstep, leave the bags on the doorstep, ring the doorbell and run. Our neighborhood gets really into it and getting caught is the best part.
