Summer Glow Makeup Tutorial

I have been determined to find the perfect summer makeup look. I love that dewy, natural, no makeup look. Especially during the warmer months.

I have also been really focusing on skin care and finding cleaner lines. I’m going to be 40 this year and I really want to make sure I’m taking care of my skin and protecting it from further sun damage.

I have found that serums work best for my skin vs creams. This hydrating serum is my favorite and I use it day and night

IT cosmetics makes a great CC cream with tons of

Anti aging ingredients and most importantly, sunscreen. When they came out with the glow option I had to try it

I love the CC cream on its own but for a little more coverage I like to add the fenty blur cream. The finish is amazing. It doesn’t have sunscreen so that’s why I like to mix the two.

I’ve learned to get the glow you need to stick to liquids and creams. I switched to cream bronzers and blushes and not only do I love the finish but the sticks are so convenient. First I started with the milk cream bronzer stick and it’s amazing. Milk is another clean line and I’ve been using daily for over a month and no breakouts

A girlfriend introduced me to another clean brand called westman atelier. She brought me the samples and the blush and sheer highlighter is my new favorite. Everything blends together perfectly and I get the exact dewy look I want

If I want a little extra shimmer I add one of my classics the Nars orgasm blush

My go-to mascara and brow pencil haven’t changed. I’ve tried every fancy mascara and this drugstore brand remains my favorite

For the perfect shiny nude lip to complete the look I’m using something old and something new.

I’m a big fan of Charlotte Tilbury for classic nude colors. I discovered the Sephora brand lip plumping gloss and the shine and plumping is goals.
